Specialized Equipment !
We are pleased to announce we have some of the newest most innovative treatments available! They include:
- The ML830 Laser. This is a 'cold laser' and therefore
produces no heat. The benefit is that it is safe to use over most body parts and ages! It is used to reduce inflammation, promote healing, and decrease pain.
It has been cleared by the FDA for the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Because it decreases inflammation and promotes healing, it is useful in the treatment of other painful conditions such as TMJ Dysfunction, Tendinitis, Fibromyalgia, Back and Neck pains, Shin Splints, etc. Some research shows it can help reduce pain from chronic conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis. Because it promotes healing, it is also useful after surgery for tendon and bone healing.
- The ATM2. This new machine helps normalize movements.
If you have a certain movement that is painful, this machine may help reduce and eliminate the pain! This type of treatment focuses on the movement impairment.
You tell the therapist what movements hurt. The machine is then adjusted for the treatment based on your specific pain. It is common to have increased motion and greatly decreased or eliminated pain after just one treatment!
